El Azul Mexican Restaurant

Ordered chicken quesadillas a very simple thing for a Mexican restaurant to see their quality and flavors. They were awesome didn't get a picture, but well seasoned and not slung together. Ready to go back for something else.

First time diners and what a pleasant surprise. Server Adrian was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our needs. Order shrimp tacos, Chile relleno, and Polo Con Chipotle.. All were seasoned well and quite tasty. We will certainly return.

A couple of steak and potato American standby dishes in addition to the Mexican dishes. Service and cooking are reasonably fast, staff is friendly, and quality is reliable. A solid pick for any group of varied tastes trying to satisfy everyone in a small town.

Nestled in the heart of Jamestown, Tennessee is this quaint and authentic Mexican restaurant with beautiful paintings and decor with lots of room and comfort to dine in. We were pleasantly surprised with just how fresh and flavorful the refried beans, vegetables, meats, and even the rice delivered hot and steaming to our decorated booth table. Our servers had smiles and were very patient when we asked about a few of the plates items and prepping. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time visit at lunch time.

We were sightseeing in the beautiful alpine region and we stopped at El Azul for a late afternoon lunch. It was So fresh and flavorful! Really good service too and the first thing we noticed when we came in was how fresh and clean it was! Thank you so much for a great place to eat on vacation

Outstanding food selection and taste. The pork burrito was flavorful and contained high quality pork and vegetables.

My son found this place on our way to hike the big South Fork in Tennessee. We weren't expecting much and we're totally shocked by how good the food was. The salsa started off with near perfection. He had the fajitas which were outstandingly flavored in a very high quality which were outstandingly flavored with very high quality ingredients. I had the Hawaiian quesadilla and it is one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. The food was outstanding. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this restaurant if you're anywhere in the area.

I read some great reviews and honestly thought they must not be very particular. I was wrong. Salsa excellent. Flan excellent and reasonable priced. Entrees excellent. I can’t believe I came all the way to northern TN and found this gem!
